Yes, Appointments are essentials and we DO NOT except walk ins.
Prior to your appointment your therapist will discuss your skin concerns and provide you with a treatment plan including what to expect during treatment and post treatment.
Dress for comfort. Before your treatment you will be provided a wrap towel or disposable initmate wear if required.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow time to prepare for the treatment and complete any forms necessary.
Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next client is not delayed.
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to alleviate a cancellation fee.
Please notify our Salon Manager/therapist whilst booking your treatment if you have high blood pressure, allergies other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concern at all, let us know. We recommend that alcohol not be consumed before, during or immediately after your spa treatment.
This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of music… just let us know.

Salon services are available for all age, although a parental guardian will be required for all clients under the age of 18 years old.
Yes, we recommend that men shave a few hours before their facial.
