SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping will be processed before 12pm on Monday and Thursdays all shipping is processed through Australia post and 3-5 business day to arrive depending on Aus post, tracking numbers will be provided.
RETURN POLICY
All service sales and gift card sales are final. Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. At Skin and Beauty HQ's discretion, some non-receipted returns may qualify for a refund. All returns are subject to system verification.
PAYMENT POLICY
Skin and Beauty HQ accepts Visa, Master Card, Skin and Beauty HQ gift cards, Cash, Bank Deposit & PayID. Skin and Beauty HQ Gift Cards are not redeemable if reported as lost or stolen.
